pump produce higher pressure, which results in better atomization, instant throttle response, improved fuel economy, and up to a 100 hp Horse Power gain. And, because programmers and tuners for these engine model years only modify injector pulse width and timing, they can be used in addition to the BD High Performance VP44.

Common rail refers to a small accumulation tank called Rail where the pressure of the fuel remains almost constant and always available in order to supply the electronic injectors and therefore for an optimum injection.

All pumps are disassembled, cleaned & inspected, all worn or damaged parts are replaced with genuine Robert Bosch original replacement parts. The pump is then reassembled, tested to meet or exceed factory specifications.

To ensure the highest level of consistent quality in our vendors VP44 products, their test bench is audited on a regular basis (every 25 pump calibrations) using a Bosch master pump. This ensures the VP44 calibration accuracy stay's with-in Bosch tolerances, and the test data results are faxed to Bosch! All correlations with the master pump have been excellent & well with-in specs.
